BH Technologies strengthens its Environment division with the acquisition of Heyliot

BH Technologies, leader des solutions connectées pour Public lighting et la gestion de la collecte des déchets, annonce l’acquisition de Heyliot, spécialisée dans la gestion intelligente des parcs de contenants.

Founded in 2017 by Cyril Pradel, Heyliot is a French company based in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) that has developed a solution combining a remote reading sensor and SaaS software for real-time waste collection management. Currently serving nearly 45 local authorities in France and abroad, the company also deploys its solutions to private players such as Citeo, TotalEnergies and Sogetrel.

This acquisition marks the first step in the Buy & Build project implemented by Taïsei Miura, CEO of BH Technologies, since the arrival of Yotta Capital Partners, Sofiouest and BNP Paribas Développement in the company's capital in 2023. By bringing on board a team of 14 experts in waste collection optimisation, BH Technologies is equipping itself with additional resources to accelerate the already strong growth of its Environment division and bring new, increasingly innovative solutions to market.

Cyril Pradel has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BH Technologies, responsible for overseeing the Environment division and various cross-functional areas.
Jeroen Bos, Head of Environment, takes over as Chief Executive Officer of Heyliot, which will consolidate all of the group's Smart Waste activities.
The entity created by the merger is now called BH Environnement.
